DOPAG presents metering components and pumps at Lubricant Expo 2022 in Essen, Germany
There are over 200 regular greasing and oiling applications involved in the production of a vehicle. These applications ensure smooth operation, reduced friction, durability and noise prevention. The requirements for these applications are different and constantly increasing. DOPAG has developed the lubriLine product line especially for the precise and highly automated processing of lubricants in the automotive industry. All components can be used modularly and integrated into fully automated production lines.
At the Lubricant Expo in Essen, Germany, customers can discuss directly with the DOPAG experts about solutions for greasing and oiling. The trade fair starts on 6 and ends on 8 September. The DOPAG stand is located in hall 7, stand number 737.
Individual solutions from a single source
With the lubriLine, DOPAG offers individual solutions from a single source. Thanks to the modular design, various system concepts can be implemented, both simple manual metering and complex, automated greasing systems. The product line includes various material supply systems as well as a wide range of metering and dispensing valves, for example for dispensing beads and smalls shots or for contactless shot and spray applications. DOPAG's metering control unit is ideally suited for complex dosing processes, whether in systems with a metering valve or into a 1K metering system with dispensing valves. For reliable process monitoring and reproducibility, various components for monitoring and control can be used, for example a light barrier, a gear flow meter or a pressure sensor.
DOPAG accompanies customers right from the start throughout the entire project, carries out tests in its own technical centre and works together with the customer to develop the solution that is precisely tailored to their requirements.
